I have a 20 gal high for over 2 yrs now.
My initial 6 zebra Danio are down to one now.
I was looking for new top swimmers tank mates for my dwarf gourami, glowlights and cory cats.

How about halfbeaks? I believe they are schooling fish. I had one by accident from lfs once. It was pretty ppl, lived alone in my tank for a couple of years but I never could find more to add for the one. They are not very colorful, but see ep what you think.

You could even go as simple as bloodfin tetra. Every school ive owned loved the very top
