sump question with pics

My sump has been finished. Added a baffle to keep skimmer at 8" of water also added another baffle thats 6" for a 4" sand bed, macroalgae and pod condo. I don't need baffles for bubble because of the way the skimemr is made bubbles are not a problem. which allowed for more refugium space.Then the chamber for return pump. My question is how long should i wait to add water to test for leaks? If there are no leaks should i go ahead and fill it and start running it? or drain it and let is sit more? I used Marineland Silicon. Here is some pics! I have my cooling fan blowing across sump to help dry silicone

2-3 days should be good for it to cure..my sump was running 3 days after building it
