can you do SW in 46 gall bow front. I am going to add a sump but dont know what size. The 46 is the cheapest way for me to do SW

Sure you can!! 
You may have enough room underneath for a 15-18g rubbermaid tub for your sump, or a 20g tank depending on the size of the stand.
