Tang iching

What do you do when your tang is itching is it a sign of parasites coming because there is no iCh on him

At the first signs of flashing i feed garlic to my fish. I've had good luck with Kents Garlic Extreme. If I see any spots I add it to the water per the instructions for two or three days then do a water change. Garlic won't cure ICH but will boost the fish's immune system helping it fight the infection.
