Tiger barbs

Hi Guys,

Quick question. What can i add to a 30 g tank with 3 tiger barbs, 3 green tiger barbs and 3 arulious barbs?

Bottom dweller, dwarf pleco(s) preferably. Bristlenoses come to mind immediately.

Gouramis have always seemed to hold their own with barbs in my tanks.

Thanks, folks. These will be stage 3 in the QT. One more week of stage 1 for 5 of the barbs, then to the Blue Rams project for the 75 -stage 2, and then to the Plecos and may be a couple of pearl gouramis that i always liked -stage 3.

Well it looks like I'll be busy for a while and with enough time to plan further stages!

I read yesterday here that a tank is never done. How true!

That would scare me too.


In any case, I have a 29g with 12 of the bad boys and its enjoyable watching my Red tailed shark chase them and get all pissed off and then chase him into a corner or cave. Luckily they leave my Pleco alone as they freaking ate my damn Rupperlipped Pleco :x
