Too Many Cichlids?

Since They Are Both zebars they is a chance that they will psawn. WHat I would do is.

Buy AN Emporer 280 Power Filter
Buy Lots OF Rocks
Get rid of all the fish but the Coablt
Buy a Psudemous Acie
Buy A few Elctric Yellow

You might have a okay community if you have lots of rock. but it is

They could spawn possibly, but I wouldn't count on it. They are digging because that's what african cichlids do. They do it all the time. It is just normal behavior and really doesn't have anything to do with breeding. That's why UGF filters are even worse to use with cichlids than with other normal fish.

Alright thanks, I am taking out the ugf and getting another hob, replacing the substrate with crushed coral, and getting some flat rocks. This will have to tide them over. As for breeding thanks for the info whatever happens happens I am not worried about breeding yet.
