Torch coral tentacles breaking off

Hello. I have a purple tip torch coral. I have seen a few of the tips floating around the tank. This has happened in 2 different occasions. Is this common? All parameters are good and my other torches are good. Even the torch that loss a few tips seems do be doing fine. Any advise?
