Treating whote spit/ich

I'm currently treating my community tank for white spot. I have put the treatment in today and I'm raising the temp but I normally do a water change tomorrow, should I still go ahead with the water change or will I just be removing the medication?

Understanding and Treating Ich or White Spot

has a really good article about ICH. I would skip the meds and treat with temps and salt (depending on what you have in your tank not all fish hand the heat and salts well).

I think the article also warned about meds and heat because both remove oxygen from the water so be sure you keep the water well oxygenated.
