Hello
I have an Aquaclear 75 on a 10 gallon tank. It is adjustable for 5-20 gallons.
I am going to hurt anything by turning down to low just for an evening or two? I am thinking turning it down will lower the current and allow better access for my evening cleaning crew (snails and shrimp) to get to bits of algae that might otherwise be more difficult for them.
Thanks
Jeff

Current shouldn't really affect snails unless their big and shrimp from my experience aren't bothered by it either. Unless it on max and blowing them around there really isn't a reason to turn it down. But it probably won't hurt anything if you do turn it down. Just be ready to catch some debris when you turn it back up. Typically whenever I mess with the power of my filters there's some that comes out when I turn up the power at all

Keep calm and rock on
