umm pleco sub species? help identify

ok at the lfs today, i bought 2 fish, under the impression they were "pencil fish" when actually they are really some sort of 'stick pleco'

they actually look like a needlefish, but with a much shorter snout, and their mouth is like a plecos.

*note they dont open their mouth like a needle fish, it just looks like a needlefish nose

can someone identify this fish for me?

if burks or wetland guy read this, it was at garys

people are right about these guys, very very lazy.

they dont look for food, it has to come to them i guess.

eailier today i put some cucumber on a clip and they were missing it, so i actually grabbed them gently (no struggle, didnt even phase them) and stuck them to the cucumber...
 
actually they are suppose to be active right before night, but they still dont move, i mean do you have any fish that you can just pick up without a struggle?

still like them though
 
I had a wwhiptail catfish for years that was like that, didn't mind being picked up. He would raise all his fins if lifted out of the water, but still wouldn't squirm.
