Under feeding?! HELP

I have 23 baby fry and 2 albino catfish . I feed them a good bit a micro pellets once a day. Am I under feeding them or is that plenty of food?

Okay good. I was just worried cause I can't feed them twice a day like I usually would cause my ammonia has been a little high lately.

I'm sorry but why's that? The micro pellets are fine. They are a good size for most fry.

Sorry, I didn't exactly know what micro pellets, assumed they were for bottom feeders

Dont feed flakes, becose they could injest air. And if you soak them, all the nutrients leak out from what I have researched. Also, depending on the fish and the temperature, they can survive from 5-12 days without food

Older fish can go that long but not fry. They are growing so need a constant source of food.
