Unknown white stuff near fin

my dwarf neon rainbow has this weird white mark on the side of her it started out as a spot which I did try and heal but unfortunately turned out like this and seems to be growing

She's eating fine and swimming and acting normally but not sure what to get to treat it

Does it look like a growth like cauliflower?

What are the tank water parameters?

any others alkalinity, hardness, TDS?

Clean water will do the most to give a fish a chance to be able to heal. Temperature matched and dechlorinated. I have the worst time seeing things in the pics.
