Vortech feed mode in apex help!

Anyone familiar with programming in apex fusion and vortechs?

I've read you can put it in feed more or a certain speed but mine just turns off completely.

*if feedA then slow mode*
*If feedA then 10%*
-tried going all the way up to 40% and still shuts it all off.

My Blenny goes in there sometimes if it's completely off and it's a bloody mess waiting to happen...

Just looking to have it go as slow as it possibly can. I've been on the Neptune community site and read other people's posts with similar question but no explanation.

I'm not aware of vortechs not turning off during feed mode. That is how it is supposed to be.
Have you considered just using the controller on the vortech to turn it down?

I could do that. Just so much easier to whip out my phone and turn it off. Once I upgrade looking into the WAV pumps and link1....they look pretty cool and I'm sure since they are Neptune they can be more tailored
