Hey, after reading a lot about these light on the forms I decide to purchase one. It can in the other day and I was about to wire it up. I opened the back to make sure I got the wiring right because the wire colors are different and this is what I see.





Notice the yellow ground wire isn't grounded.
I don't know if this is every light but I just wanted to get the word out about it. If you think it's grounded it may not be so check!

Is that the ballast and is it screwed to the metal case itself? If so it's grounded the green wire with the yellow stripe would just be another source of ground which is probably going to the metal casing as well.

Is the neutral grounded? Is the plug a 3 prong plug?

Oh ok... It was a good find. It should be grounded you are correct.
