Hi everyone,

When doing water changes, is it ok to add the tap water straight to the tank and then after all the water is added, treat the entire volume of the tank with prime????

I only have a 10L bucket so it would be hard to add prime to that each time

Do it the opposite way round. Add enough prime for the ENTIRE tank and then add the water. Many people do this(including myself) when using water changers. Just make sure to turn your filter off, until the change is complete.
Just pour the prime around the tank, not just in one spot....

I agree, add prime before the tap water, not after. If you're using buckets, add the full dose to the first bucket and you won't have to worry about adding it to different spots in the tank.

It's best to condition the water before it reaches the tank.

It's actually pretty easy... 2 drops per gallon, so for a 10 L bucket (2.64 gallons), just add 6 drops and you're good to go.
