Aquarium Parameters: Chart says- NITRATE-NITROGEN no3 suggested level for REEF Aquarium is < 1.0 ppm for FOWLR aquarium is < 30 ppm and for CORAL reefs it's < 0.25 My Question is < 30 ppm for fowlr a type o on my chart ? or is this correct?

It's correct. Corals don't like high nitrates. FOWLR can even go above 30ppm, but I'd try to get it down if it got up there
