Today u noticed an odd white thing attached to a plant in my tank. It looks almost like a fuzzy white ghost shrimp? But it isn't a live and it is like stringy and in really confused!! I can't upload a pic cuz it excess my data

Is it poop? Is it mold? Honestly, without a picture or something, that is not really enough description to go on (at least for me).

It's probably a shell from your shrimp. When they shed their outer shell it can look like a dead shrimp.

I agree, likely a shell. My rather large female left me a present this morning too, at the bottom of her favorite plant. Usually mine make a quick meal of it afterward.

Probably a shrimp that molted.. It's normal part of their life, they'll molt each 1-2 months.

I keep the shells in the tank, that's good nutrients for the shrimps to form a new shell and grow.

Yo dawg, does it look like that ?
