Wen growth on Lionhead! (need answers fast)

Hello! So I decided to stay home an extra day and watch my lionhead for any growth. Just now I spotted I white bump like a pimple on his face. How can I cure this and how long will it take? Any suggestions would help!

Ok, so I just read wen growth is normal, as that's what's make its face puffy. Is this true? Sorry for the over reaction hahaha.
