Do a 50% water change to cut those nitrates in half, and you're cycled... Perfect parameters other then that though...

I would not put much faith in that nitrate number, nitrate test is just about a waste of time. Looks like your tank is good to go then.

I change 50% plus of my water every Sunday. I have planted tanks so I just clean up the exposed area. Cleaning the gravel is a good idea as it gets rid of left over food and fish wastes.
