These little furry things started appearing all over my live rock, my snails shells, and in the sump. There was only a couple at first, but they are multiplying fast! They are small and white and have what looks like a spear coming out from the center of them. What are these things? I can't find anything on the Internet, and I don't know if they are bad or not.

They look like pineapple sponges. They're good to have, means your tank is doing well. They will come and go, but are harmless filter feeders.
