What coral is this?

It's the coral to the upper left of the picture.

Also it's been closed for about 2 months and I don't know why? It's been shedding brown slime every week and just not opening. It almost gets to the point of opening and then closes back up. All my parameters are fine, except my nitrates which are a little high (because my protein skimmer broke and I'm waiting for my new one to arrive) but all my other corals are flourishing. Any ideas?

Looks like a meteor shower, aka a cyphastrea.

For the nitrates, you need to do large water changes to bring them down until your skimmer arrives to prevent them from becoming nitrates and phosphates. This will help your issue.
