Remember when I had 70+ shrimp in there. Those were the good times. Hoping it happens again.
You had a wonderful colony and it will likely come back. I have suffered some huge set backs and stubborn as I am it keep plugging away and have good times too. Hoping for you too and back to a booming tank.
I did a pwc on my 29g, and stole some plants for the 20 long. It looks a lot nicer with a little green in there. It's no masterpiece, but I'm really liking how it's coming along. I think it will look really nice once the plants grow out a little bit. It will be nice when the driftwood isn't buoyant anymore and I can take those rocks off of it.... lol
Yes, agree, great wood piece. I had to keep rocks on a couple of mine for ages and the Bolbitis Fern grew right over the top of them.
You can see one long stone behind the air bubbler - old tank set up 4/15
Thought I was going to get a tank moved but that did not happen, lots of other stuff done, maybe next week. Got the spare room cleared out, now need new flooring, can't quite decide yet. Thinking something water proof/resistant and am considering stained concrete. Then can get a couple small tanks moved in there too but likely will be a little while, have one more room to clean up and bye, bye old yucky carpet.
Pwc for the SW tanks still to come for the evening activity.
Fed frozen defrosted food variety -Cyclops, Coral food mainly phytoplankton and Spirulina, and Mysis shrimp and Brine shrimp with Spirulina. Yum!
Yesterday saw at least 4 berried female PRL shrimp. The one which looks most likely to have babies first is a lower quality shrimp, almost clear middle shell. I will see if I can load the pic/s.
Also saw the little Thai Crab and wondering about him. He pretty much sat in one spot for awhile, it is where the sun comes in so wondering if there is a little additional food in there in the substrate. Added in a Wisteria, floating one, in case the Thai Micro Crab wanted to hang in the roots. The pest Duckweed doesn't have enough root for it to hide in.

Haven't seen any poop from the Angels in the 72G to guess if it looks normal after the dewormer treatment. Fish look pretty good though at the moment. It SEEMS like the 2 largest Angels are getting bigger. Maybe the frozen foods?!? They are over 2.5 years old so one wouldn't think they would really be getting larger.

New jar of mostly dead DHG is clear today and I turned it a little more of a corner angle to get sun going in on both sides.
Back to deciding about the 90G - SW or FW question - hah wonder if I will ever be able to answer that, it has been 5 months sitting in the garage.
Add in edit: Added an entire sliced apple to the 6 bottles of Vinegar Eels, added water for evap, and didn't have the vinegar I usually use to add back more. Maybe this next shopping trip.
