I alternate between flake, bloodworms.
Was wondering if there is something different as a 'treat' that I can give them? IE: Fruit, Veggies??

I have Angels, Congo Tetras.

Thank you,
Richie

Just about any frozen foods for freshwater that are an appropriate size....mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, 'community menu' mixes, like or frozen blackworms, etc.

Definately frozen food. Tubiflex worms work i found that my cichlids prefer shrimp pellets that sink above all else.

My congos go nuts for Brine Shrimp (frozen), there is a package (sally's) thats marked as "Spirulina Enriched Brine Shrimp" and the will tear it up..

But then again, mine go nuts when I throw flake in :)

They also like playing catch with shrimp pellets, but if they miss it, they won't pick it up from the bottom :?

all my fish like king british sinking catfish pellets, frozen blood worms, the bloodworms & brine shrimp you get in the little packets, theyre in like a jelly :S

My redeye tetra's like boiled potato's and so does my BN plus all the obvious cucumber etc...

oh and tuna, chopped cray fish, prawns etc
