What is this! Help please!

White stuff on top of my fish tank water. 2 tiger barbs in the tank and a sucker fish. Tiger barbs are nipping at each other. Ive gotten rid of my bala shark and 2 other tiger barbs and im stuck with these last 2 and the sucker fish. I want to know what this white stuff is!

Looks like protein film, it happens when the filter is not agitating the surface enough. Try lowering your water level a bit so the filter output is like a small waterfall. Also your barbs need a much larger tank and need to be in a school of at least 6, that's why they're nipping at each other. The most dominant one will harass the other to death.
