What is this on my plants?

OK, so I have this brown algae growing on my plants. It wipes off, but is ugly. My tank has been up for years and is well established. I am running an odyssea dual t5 ho with a 6500k and a 10,000k lamp for 10 hours per day. I add flourish and leaf grow weekly. My filtration is a marine land magnum 250 hob and an aqueon 55/75. How do I get rid of this. I am attaching a couple of pics. The floating stuff is food

Tone down the lighting to eh 6-8 hours a day and it should decrease
