What is this

Hi all

As you can probably guess that I am
New too the salty side.
I have sat looking at tank just now and noticed this. I have a couple of these worm like things which I thought was dead and I noticed this today with something coming out of it.
Any ideas ??

Looks like a small feather duster worm. They are harmless.

I have one of those too. Do they do anything?
