There's a white tubelike thing on my live rock i tried to get good pick

Can't really tell by pic, but there's a good chance it's a small feather duster. There very common in saltwater reef tanks.

no thats a carbon sock I use them during cleaning
helps keep nitrates down when I mess with cleaning the sand it exurbs it instantly
