What is this?

My tank is in good condition, but I have all this pink/red growing on back of tank and in my rock work , It also seems to growing around bottom of zoa's.

Is this bad and if so how do I remove ?

That looks like coralline algae. You can try to scrap it off it you want but most people think it looks pretty. As long as its not crusting over your corals it's fine. I can't wait until my back glass is covered in it.
 
That stuff can grow for ever and everywhere if really healthy. It won't actually grow on the coral and harm them. You might as well leave it on the rock. Will be to hard to get rid of. But make sure it doesn't get on the glass to much because it will be really hard to get off if to much of it gets on the glass
 
Cheers, does seem to be growing every where which I guess is good news in a way , I kind of think it looks good on the back. Dually noted about glass will keep an eye on that.
