If it's a conch, might as well keep it as part of your CUC. I paid for mine

But if it's a Whelk, my other snails will be in trouble. Adding my CUC tomorrow, I'll try to observe its behavior towards other snails.

Could definitely be predatory, if snails go missing you know the culprit.
