Looks like a common zoa to me...maybe an eagle eye. Can't really tell you tbh. The names for zoas are almost company specific in reality.

The pic in the upper right looks like they could be dragon eyes. However, as Sniperhank said, the names are pretty much made up as a marketing gimmick. As far as growth rates, I think they grow pretty quickly once they're established.
I bought this eagle eye frag / mini colony in December (around December 21):
Here is the same colony as of April 20.
(Sorry for the glare and a little blur.) You can see they now completely cover the frag plug which is about 1-1/2" diameter. I think some may have spread to the surrounding live rock as well.
