What plant to finalize??? Suggestions please!!!

Here are a few pics of my 30 gallon. I want to add one more plant but am not sure what to add or where to put it!! Any suggestions??!!!

How about a couple big plants for the back. Maybe a couple big swords, or vallisneria.

Ditto and then something red. Like a mini butterfly, Red nesasea, or telanthera cardinalis.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I think I'm gonna add 2 different crypts to the tank. One for sure being Cryptocoryne Spiralis. Not sure about the other! I'm thinking crypt lutea.
