Aquarium Advice FINatic
Hi all,
I found a starfish in a tidepool today that was drying up. So, of course, I brought him home and put it in my tank before finding anything out about it. I think it's alright though cause I put it in my local SW tank with nothing else but local life (crustaceans) and no fish.
The starfish was going to die anyway, so I atleast want to see if I can keep it alive in my tank.
Do you guys know what best to feed a starfish? I hear they eat barnacles, snails, sea urchins, clams, and mussels- but I don't have access to that kind of food for it. Should I throw him back in the ocean tomorrow morning, or is there some type of frozen food/dried food I can feed him?
Thanks for the help...
