So far my pundi's are only 2" not showing a lot of color. The guy at my LFS, said that the variety of Nyereie I have are not as aggressive, in the tank the Itungi and Peacocks are dominate over them. I just added som F1 Maylandi suloher heads which are fitting in nicely, right now I am considering trading for some cynotilapia cobwe. How would they fair with my peacocks, hap, electric yellows, demasoni, and itungi?

Honestly when i got my nyerereis they were the smallest in my tank an was pushed around but only until they got the lay of the tank then even my females would fight my other males.. i dont think jess was laughing at you but at your lfs for what they said bc nyerereis are far from being even mildly aggressive period. i dont know anything about itungi so i cant help you there but i see jess mentioned andrew had given advice on the cobue and since he owns them i would take his advice .
