What type of fungus?

So I have no idea what this is, columnaris, cottony fungus? Who knows, he is holding on though? It's day 7, he's been on Tetra Life Guard All-in-one for 5 days and now maracyn for the past 2 days, but no clearing up, still swimming, still eating, still coming to my hand and face when I approach...

PICTURES: he just developed a white one between fins & in nostril (yikes!)

I'm going to quarantine him in the morning, with a cycled filter, do I take water from his tank? Is jungle fungus clear good, lots of mixed reviews, very confused w/ neg and pos bacteria etc...
