why does my dwarf parrot fish that is supposed to be yellow have these browish stripes???

Is it fungus because it is spreading all over. I took it out of the 36 tank and moved it and put a tablet for ick and fungus

This is not a normal fish, it's suppose to be yellow but black...... It's eyes are Turning green......... It get swim away from a filter for a 2 gallon tank..... It is black on both side
