Where to dose ca/alk in biocube 29

BRS says to dose in area of high flow. I am setting up a timer with tubes. Which chamber is best? First chamber has a skimmer and heater, but has good flow. 2nd chamber has chaeto and carbon. Third chamber has a temp and ph probe, ato, and the return pump. That would take it right into the tank. Would the third be a good option?

Any of them would be just fine IMO. I personally dose into my return chamber as that is where my ATO is and try to measure out what I want to use and have it drip in through a day's worth of top off.
