One of my long finned serpae tetras (red minor tetra) has a small white bump right in the center of his bottom lip. I am currently treating my tank for ick because my black Molly has some, but nobody else does. What could this white dot be is it anything to worry about? He is acting normally and eating you can kinda see it in the picture

a couple of my serpae's mouth's got stuck open and looked like the upper lip was gone. IT was weird and they didn't seem healthy so i removed them from the tank just in case anything would spread to the others , since then the others seem fine.

First thought is a fungal infection.

Look for signs of fuzziness

Ugh great. Plague has been taking over my tank these past couple weeks
