white dots in water

i have a 10 gallon tank and in the last few days i have noticed a lot of small white dots in my water could someone tell me how to get rid of them and what they are.

snail eggs? Do you have pond snails? DId you just buy some new plants and get a snail in your tank. HArd to tell from the pic.

i have a lot of plants so it might be that. ill post a better picture of it tomorrow.

Hydra, do they have little tendrils or maybe planaria? Check out some pics of them, and also you might need a magnifying glass.
