White film

On my shrimp tank I seems to have some white film on the glass and I can see it sort of moving with the flow of the water, should this be removed? Or will the shrimp end up eating it? I assume it's some sort of bacteria forming.

Ok good cause its sort of out of control right now but ill let it be and hopefully ill get more shrimp
