White flakes in tank ? hmmm HELP

Ok my fish loving friends im on my 12th day of my fishless cycle but been away for 3 days , tested the water today and not alot of change no surprise their apart from my tank now looks like a snowdome with white flakes floating around in it

any ideas my fishy friends what this is , as i have never seen this befor in all my years of fish keeping

Is it white and milky looking, if so that's a bactiera bloom which is normal during the initial cycle. I don't feel like typing an explantion this early so here's a good link.
