White Raised spot on Clownfish

Hi all,
Does anyone know what this raised spot is on my Clownfish?? It is on her upper lip.
She is eating and acting normally, have had no problems up to now.
The spot has been there 2 weeks now. Hoping it is not Ich.
It is a 25 Liter tank, 2 Clownfish, 2 Hermit Crabs and 2 live rocks.
Any thoughts appreciated.

Ich will be looking like salt or sugar sprinkles on the fish. Does it look like a pimple or like a small cauliflower? I cant see it good on the pic.

Its weird it looks like a straight line of white with each end raised.. i couldn't get a good close up of it.
