White shrimp

So I was looking around my tank and in my java wall there looks to be a white shrimp only problem is I have rcs now its not clear its white can't really see it so I'm lost.... Do they turn white when they die or do I just have a white rcs
 
It could be a molt, they look white. Did you see it move?
 
No but its not in the same spot it was earlier... But if it is molt it might have moved because won't they eat their molt
 
Yea, they do. I'd watch for it to show signs of actual life. There is a color variant of n. heteropoda that is all white so it is not beyond the realm of possibility at all.
