75g tank. Its been fully cycled for 4-weeks, has 3 black phantom tetras, 3 corys, 2 kuli loaches, 1 CAE and 1 minnow (not sure). Cory's last fish added last weekend.

Some cabomba, sword, and hornwart. All plants added 2 weeks ago.

I have white sand substrate, but I don't think these are sand. They've just shown up today.

I've just noticed these white specks floating, almost look like dandruff. I've been doing daily water tests NH-0, N2-0, N3-5ppm.

There are no white specks on any fish or on the glass. They are only floating in the water and on the hornwart in the center of my tank. None on any other plants or on the hornwart at the end of the tank.

Any ideas as to what I'm dealing with here is appreciated.
