My partner called me yesterday to go to his house as his guppies had fry.
I took the birthing net round and we managed to save 5 of them.

While doing this i noticed that his platties were covered in white spot, cant believe he hadnt noticed this!

I have immediately put treatment in the tank but he is worried that the treatment may harm the fry, it shouldnt do should it?

the best and safest way to treat white spot is by raising the temp to 82 and adding some aquarium salt (1 tablespoon per 4 imperial gallons)

I have put ws3 in the tank as treatment already so can i still put salt in and raise the temp or shall i do a water change and then put the salt in and raise the temp??
