Wierd behavior

Hey my cichlids are like bouncing off the sand. I think there scratching themselves but I'm now worried there like got something serious wrong haha

Its called flashing. Check your water parameters. Start there.

I jus noticed it tonight there not doing it alot but I did noticed it. I just did a water change only 25 % n I added two demasoni cichlids in the tank but I tested the water n everything is great plz some one plzz help me

Are They doing it alot or just occasionally? Recent water change?
If they are all doing it and doing it excessively then it may be some sort if infection or parasite. I'm not going to into that because I know nothing about it.
Some of My cichlids do it occasionally. Do a search here on "flashing" or I'm sure someone with knowledge will chime in

Its probably nothing to worry about. Just keep an eye on them. If it gets excessive then there may be an issue.

anyway...
it sounds like its ok, my fish flash when i rearrange the decos or another fish has been challenging it. none have died, one common flasher in my tank is also a v dominant one so theres no sub-dominance or big illness issues about it. but if it is more serious than it appears then id LOVE to know how to deal with it - and what it means of course! x

Yeah they dnt always do it but I was jus scared I didn't Wana lose all my fish
