I'm not sure it's anything to worry about. Some fish do change hues/colors and patterns as they age.

As Wendi said, some better pics might help us be sure it's not something to be concerned with.

The parts that you should be looking at are: the top, back, & the bottom fins of the Oscar. And the whole body of he Severum

Hi Oscarluva,
It's still hard to see but, I have to agree with Neilanh. It looks like a pigment change due to the fish maturing.
Has there been any other changes in eating or behavior?

Not really it still devours it's food. And it's getting a little territorial.

I'm talking about the oscar but the severum is still the same

It still sounds like it's just a natural result of the fish maturing.
If your still worried, watch for changes in eating habits. Or fish behaving unusually lethargic, or their gills flaring, that kind of thing.
If nothing changes, you've got nothing to worry about

black spots appearing all over your fish is a bacterial infection... it will go away if you medicate for bacterial infections/paresites. i am positive it is something not good, and you can fix.i see this stuff spread in pet store tanks.
but, i would wait to see if the other fish show signs of it spreading before you do anything, it could be a natural pigment change, have you added anything into your tank lately? maybe the water quality is poor?
