Will puffers get along with anything else?

I have 2 Orange Chromides, 3 Empire Gudgeons, 2 Purple-Striped Gudgeons, and a Snowflake Moray Eel in a brackish tank. I have room but will any kind of puffer fish get along with my others?

Snowflakes are SW, not brackish.

How big is the tank? You could try some figure 8s, but you never know if you might get a mean one. Snowflake eels will prefer SW.

I have a red-eye puffer and he will eat anything else i put in the tank... if you put in a small puffer he might get along with others but the bigger puffers like to eat kill everything in sight!
