worms in my live rock?

So I noticed a tiny worm moving through out the holes in my lr today my tanks about 2 months old and is doing great. I tried to take a picture but it didn't come out. Its a grey work with tiny spikes all over it. Idk if its a bristle worm or not? Any thoughts? Is it dangerous?
