Wound on Red eye balloon tetra

This is on one side of one of my tetras. Any ideas? I dosed the tank with seachem prime a few days ago during a water change.

5 REB tetras
4 corys
1 guppy
1 BN pleco
1 af. Clawed frog about the size of my thumb (soon to be retanked)

The frog may be the culprit but I've never seen it be quick enough to get near my tetras and I don't see how a frog could make this wound.

It's nothing more than a injury, nothing to be concerned with, just keep the water clean and watch for secondary infections(fuzzy or red is no bueno).
