Saw these on one of our suppliers lists recently. Stunning little creatures. Haven't ordered any yet due to price, but very tempting!

They are a bit pricey at about $25 each BUT they only look like that in their juvenile stage. They become much less flamboyant as adults. This is one of the pic's I could find of adult patterning... Yaoshania pachychilus – Panda Loach (Protomyzon pachychilus) — Seriously Fish. They are still nice little loaches but IMO lose their initial appeal once mature.

Still pretty cute little guy even as an adult. If they are as good at substrate cleaning as other small loaches I'd say they are worth it- as long as they are babies when you get them.....

The price is expensive because they're vulnerable species.There‘re rumors that they’re artificial propagation.But just hearsay.
Indeed, they grow up will no longer beautiful.
